Relax in a peaceful cocoon in the middle of the city. Enjoy the view of the marina on the (sunny) terrace. Wake up with sea views on the balcony in the bedroom. The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.

The 3-bedroom apartment "My Getaway" is located on the 3rd floor in the Memling residence, at the end of the sea dike, and was tastefully renovated in 2019. In total, the apartment can accommodate 8 guests. There are 2 180cm double beds, and 2 bunk beds. From the living room you can partly enjoy a view of the sea, and you also have an open view of the Icelandic Square, where you can also park for a while. Furthermore, you can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the space.

The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.

In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden
