All amenities 10 minutes drive (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes' drive from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
