Sauvignon Blanc

The property is located in the countryside at the entrance to the village of Sauvigny-Les-Bois. We are 5 minutes from Prye Castle, 10 minutes from Nevers (8 km) and 15 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours F1 circuit. The 35 m2 house is independent, it is located next to our house ON THE SAME PROPERTY. You have a terrace in front of the accommodation overlooking the common exterior. We leave access to our garden (common so shared with us) and the pool (in summer; above ground unheated)

Also perfectly located on the pilgrim route to Saint Jacques de Compostela, with Vézelay serving as a historic starting point.

Charming house with terrace and garden close to the center of the village (300 m) and the river (150 m). In the village you will find several shops (bakery, pastry shop, supermarket, pizzeria, bar, restaurant, pharmacy). The surroundings allow many outings in nature (Morvan Regional Natural Park, hiking trails, mountain biking, kayaking or canoeing, swimming, Diverti'Parc Leisure Park), as well as in town (Chalon-sur-Saône, Beaune, Dijon, Mâcon).

In the heart of a small quiet village of Montvrin, we offer a rural location with views that reach as far as the eye can see! The perfect place to relax. Gite vin rouge is a 5-person gite that is connected to another gite. It used to be used as a barn, but has now been completely converted and equipped with all modern comforts. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the meadows and forests in the area.

L'Ancien Grenier Gîte

Slow down in this unique, soothing accommodation. On the first floor of the farmhouse, there is an independent gite for 2 people. The gite has its own entrance and beautiful views of "chateau Ettevaux". It is a large, cozy, high living room with original oak beams and stone walls. Our domain is 17ha large with various lovely seating areas, a large vegetable garden and you can walk right into the woods!

La Mine d'Ore

Our cozy little nest is located at the gates of the Morvan, between forest and meadows, between canals and streams, between castles and Burgundian houses, close to the beautiful medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and the vineyards that make our region famous. The house is part of an old farmhouse built in 1787, completely renovated while keeping the old charm.

Located 4 km from Lake Saint Agnan and close to the Abbey of Pierre-qui-Vire in the heart of Morvan Natural Park, in a hamlet of the municipality of Saint-Léger-Vauban.
