Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Ranging from a stone-built cottage to wooden-made cabins, we provide different kind of accommodation including a Mongolian tent and Gypsy caravans, all of them located on a stunning property of 6 hectares of clearings, meadows and woods. Available for up to 30 people overall, a 50 meters square party tent is also at your disposal for your family gatherings and other happenings. So here we are for nice family stays, romantic gateways, unusual catch ups with friends and escapes into the nature on your own…

C'est au rendez de chaussée du château de Mimont à flan de mont que nous vous proposons un appartement original ( entrée indépendante) par sa vue exceptionnelle, le tout dans un parc arboré avec de rares essences et une forêt de plusieurs hectares. Le logement est fonctionnel, tout équipé, idéal pour un week-end au vert ou encore un endroit sympa qui change de l'hôtel pour travailler randonnée, tennis, ping-pong, natation ( attention piscines non chauffées et donc fermées de septembre à avril)

Elle offre 4 chambres dont 2 suites parentales avec sa propre salle de bain et une suite familiale avec sa salle de bain. Vous profiterez également d'un salon-salle manger, d'une grande cuisine et d'un salon tv. En été, vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse orientée plein Sud, d'un jardin et d'une piscine sécurisée ouverte de mai à septembre en fonction de la météo.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

Maison Henri[ette] This is the story of memories, family celebrations, and vacations. I bought the house of my grandparents Henri and Henriette, in Léré in the Cher department. I got the idea to make it a friendly place to live. The @maison_henri_ette is born and available for rent. You will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets on site. Guests can enjoy 2 kitchens, a friendly living room and a dining room, not to mention a beautiful backyard.

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.
