Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Majoitu keskellä Kiteetä, torin kulmalla, kaikki palvelut on kävelymatkan päässä. Talo on 50-luvulta ja sisustus 90- luvulta. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi 80 cm sänkyä. Lisävuodemahdollisuus kahdelle 10cm patjoilla.Keittiö on retro nykyaikaisilla koneilla kuitenkin.Wc pieni mutta puhdas ja siisti. Suihkutilat on alakerrassa, yhteiset toisen huoneiston kanssa, lukittava ovi. Puuvillaiset Marimekon vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet pestään hajustamattomalla pesuaineella ja mankeloidaan.

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
