Holiday rentals with a patio in Nikaia

We loved the place. It was close to the metro station and only 3 stops away from central Athens. There was supermarket and bakery close to the flat. The communication with the owner was really easy and the flat was perfect. I would highly recommend it and will come back here for sure.

Jona is responsive and great host from start to finish makes you feel welcome. The apartment has been renovated and there is attention to details. The apartment is always cool so no need to even turn the AC on. The unit locks up like a warehouse so it very secure and keeps the place cool and very dark easy to sleep. The area is very nice hidden gem

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Better than the photos ! Incredible decor , comfy beds , impeccably clean , extremely kind hosts ,water in the fridge and breakfast goodies , close to port and metro ... spectacular !!! Hugely recommendable !!!

Stylish apartment with top quality amenities. Great location in a relatively quiet part of town, but still plenty enough going on to keep you entertained. Fantastic transport links into the centre of town and the beach. 5* communication from the host. Would stay again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is well-located near services and restaurants. It is very well-kept and clean. There is a washing machine but no dryer, but there is a wonderful laundry service around the corner. Teo is very responsive and a wonderful host. Apartment is very secure and the area is very nice.

The hosts have really put an effort in making the house into a welcoming and cozy home. Attention to detail, amazing decor, small touches that make the place inviting and modern. 100% recommend, the location is great as well. Thank you!

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Aleka’s place was incredibly nice. Unfortunately i couldn’t meet her, but her sister and nephew were very welcoming, friendly and even gave us gifts for Easter. The house was clean and had a very nice big porch to relax in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed even for long stays. The location was near the church and the metro. The neighborhood had lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets offering a variety of how to spend the best of time. Definitely would book again. 10/10 recommend

This apartment was everything our family of four hoped for and more! It was in a great location, with so many attractions and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The host was helpful and responsive. And the view, including from both the apartment itself and the rooftop deck, was absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend this apartment to any group looking for a memorable stay in central Athens! Bravo!

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

My first wow moment was in the apartment! The views are incredible and the patios are very private. It was easy to want to come home to enjoy it! Location was nice very close to many places! The hosts were wonderful! I’d def recommend
