Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a late night/early morning arrival at the airport - a short 10 minutes away and very reasonably priced. The flat is large, clean, has everything you need for a short stay and the host is really friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Beautiful house and very very clean. My kids loved the pool so much and of course so did we. The host Ioanna was amazing and helped us with everything we needed.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with a spectacular deck and view. The hosts are also great and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Απίστευτο σπίτι με μοναδικό design σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία!Τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα.Η πισίνα υπέροχη και καθαρή! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και κατατοπιστική!Μας ενημέρωσαν για τα μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια της περιοχής αν και ήταν τόσο όμορφο το σπίτι και η πισίνα που προτιμήσαμε να κάτσουμε μέσα και να πάμε να πάρουμε φαγητό απέξω . Βέβαια υπήρχε και μεγάλη κουζίνα που μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις. Το κάθε δωμάτιο είχε δικό του μπάνιο που είναι πολύ βολικό και air condition. Από τα στορια στα δωμάτια μπαίνει κάποιο φως αλλά εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου. Το καλύτερο όμως ήταν η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε με απίστευτη ευγένεια και χαμόγελο!! Μας έδειξε όλο το σπίτι και μας είχε σερβιρισμένο κρύο τσάι και φρούτα Όπως καταλαβαίνετε είναι μικρής σημασίας ότι υπάρχει ένα μικρό κομμάτι του σπιτιού που βρίσκεται υπό κατασκευή γιατί δεν επηρέασε καθόλου την διαμονή μας Ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε υπεροχη την διαμονή και τις διακοπές μας!!!

Ήταν όλα τέλεια, σίγουρα το συνιστώ σε όλους για μια άνετη διαμονή !!!!!

Θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε την Ολενα για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, το πανέμορφο περιβάλλον και το τόσο φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα! Πανέμορφη θέα , που την απολαύσαμε μέχρι αργά το βράδυ! 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι για όποιον ταξιδεύει όπως εμείς! Βρήκαμε ακριβώς ότι περιγραφοταν και parking σχεδόν από κάτω από το σπίτι! Θα το επιλέγουμε κάθε φορά που είναι να ταξιδέψουμε! Σας ευχαριστω για ολα! 5⭐️🏅🥇

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρό και συμμαζεμένο. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μοσχομύριζαν. Το Check In ήταν πολύ εύκολο και γρήγορο, το ίδιο και το check Οut. Η κα. Χρυσούλα απαντούσε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα και πάντα ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε αν μας βγάλει ο δρόμος Αθήνα.

Τέλεια επιλογή για κάποιον που δεν ζητάει πολλά άλλα τα θέλει όλα. Το σπίτι εξυπηρετεί άνετα και παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις ενός νοικοκυριού. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος και με την γειτονιά, ήσυχη και χωρίς μεγάλη διέλευση οχημάτων. Τέλος, δεν θα μπορούσα να αγνοήσω την κατανόηση και την εξυπηρέτηση που μου παρειχε ο Αντρέας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ καλός χώρος, καθαρός και καλή πρόσβαση στις συγκοινωνίες

Είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ήταν ένας τόσο ζεστός και όμορφος χώρος! Η τοποθεσία πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη και η Κική ήταν πραγματικά πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω σε κάποια επόμενη φορά.

Le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes (maxi) et la grande terrasse est vraiment top ! Logement facile d'accès, situé au 6ème et dernier étage de l'immeuble accessible en ascenseur jusqu'au 5ème étage puis par escalier du 5ème au 6ème étage. Logement à proximité du métro (5/10 minutes à pied). Quartier & résidence calmes. Tina est une super hôte qui est gentille, réactive et qui s'efforce de rendre le séjour agréable malgré le fait qu'elle ne soit pas sur place. Je recommande !
