Ideally located for visiting the city on foot, very close to the esplanade, 5 minutes from the train station, the arenas, and the historic center, in a very quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, museums, and shops. Our very bright accommodation, fully furnished with objects found in bohemian-style flea markets, is a duplex with a large kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with a double sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom with a skylight and (NEW: CEILING FAN in the bedroom)

Appartement non fumeur (3ème étage sans ascenseur - escalier étroit) calme et confortable. Bel emplacement pour rayonner en centre-ville sur une très jolie place. Monuments et commerces à 2 mn à pieds. Nombreux équipements dont climatisation (dans pièce de vie). Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ainsi que les rudiments de cuisine. Parking sous-terrain payant à 150m (voir "mon logement"), stationnement gratuit en surface à 200m. Nous habitons dans l'immeuble et serons dispos si besoin.

All windows are equipped with double glazing.
