It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI is standard, as well as a washing machine. There is car parking for one car at the property. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV).
