Tarumae, Lake Kutako, Noboribetsu Onsen, Upopoiai National Museum, etc. can be reached in a few minutes by car.It's about an hour by highway to New Chitose airport.There are plenty of day-use hot springs nearby. It is also far from restaurants and supermarkets, so I encourage you to come by car.
