Tiny Room but there's everything

Our room is 8 mins walking distance from Ikebukuro Station (Metropolitan Gate) or Mejiro Station. Great access to everywhere!! There is a direct shuttle bus from Ikebukuro station ⇔ Haneda/Narita Airport. Ikebukuro ⇔ Disneyland/Sea, etc. Of course, there is many choices of subways. 10 mins to Shibuya Station, 6 mins to Shinjuku Station. Close to everything but our area is quiet. We have “LUUP” station; e-Bicycle, e-scooter service on our property. Our room is 3rd floor but no elevator.
