I would very highly recommend Oki's property to any prospective guest. I told him when we were checking out, he is the kind of host that has carefully thought out each possible thing you may need during your stay. This is another level of attention to detail that does not go unnoticed and really separates a good host from great. Oki was also incredibly responsive and one of the friendliest hosts we have come across. His little courteous and considerate offerings during our stay was so appreciated. We rented three units off of Oki and each were immaculately clean and well explained at checkin. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

地點離地鐵蠻近的，房間也很大可以攤開兩個大行李箱都還有走路空間，但是浴室隔音不太好

We had a wonderful stay at Koichi’s place in Tokyo! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, which made getting around the city super easy. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and charming, with plenty to do nearby and a convenience store just around the corner. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

A place was impressively clean, cozy, private and good vibe. the location of this place is near Kanamecho Station far from Ikebukuro sta. for 10 more minutes. Unfortunately the Kanamecho sta. has no exit elevator so that is quite unsatisfy for guest with the big luggage s. but overall this airbnb is a great place to stay.

My family and I stayed in Mayumi's place for 4 nights. The property was clean and the host provided us freebies when we arrived. Mayumi and her husband were very responsive and kind. I like this place because it's close to places of interest, i.e. Shinjuku and Shibuya, via train, but it is in a residential area. It is also right across the JR train station, so it's easy to go around and travel. There are stores and restaurants in the area, so it's easy to go out for food and basic needs. We recommend this place for families!

We enjoyed our stay.. the house was in a great location, had everything we needed, very well organized, clean, loved the water pressure in the shower as well as the amenities provided such as shampoo and conditioner and soap, the host gave very detailed instructions and was very quick to respond. We loved how there was a market and many convenience stores and restaurants near by, as well as close proximity to the subway station. Would stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walking distance to Ikebukuro. There’re many restaurants, stores and 7/11’s around, so you’ll never have problems with groceries or late night snacks. Bus and train stations are also quite close, so getting home after a long day on your feet won’t be a hassle. The place itself is cozy, clean and has everything you might need. We stayed for almost a week and were completely satisfied. Also, don’t let the trains running in front of the apartment scare you away. Although it does make some noise, it also gave us very unique videos and photos! The host was great and responsive!

位置位於池袋西口，地鐵站步行五分鐘，乘坐山手線很方便，交通非常便利，不過入住流程有些複雜，我入住當時下大雨導致有點狼狽，另外房間面積，我想在靠近地鐵站的房源里是算大的了，同等價錢的酒店只有12平方米，而此房源有廚房、洗衣機，浴室還有分浴缸、淋浴區，收納的空間規劃得很好，廁所是智能廁所，電視是可移動的，想放在哪里看都可以，還留有HDMI插口，自己可以帶設備看自己想看的東西，因為它不能使用YouTube和Netflix，唯一不足的是沙發上有污漬，地上和床上有長頭髮，不過不算多，可能是清潔人員工作時留下的，總體來說我很喜歡這里，有機會再來。

The host was very responsive to messages and was very easy to get ahold of. She made us feel like we were family coming to visit. The instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. The room was very clean and well stocked/organized. Although it isn't a super luxury room, it is great for those whom are out all day and wanting to come back to rest before heading out the next day. Around the Airbnb are lots of places to eat and there are convenience stores nearby. The subway station entrance is VERY close by so the added convenience adds more to the value. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this airbnb for its value and convenience.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

非常好的住宿体验！从机场一下来有点晕乎乎的不知道怎么转线，询问房东也回复的非常及时和仔细，快到的时候就看到有员工在向我们招手，热情的帮我们搬行李，房子离地铁站不远，周围都比较安静，但是便利店很齐全，感觉挺安全的，这两天我们两个女孩子都玩到很晚才回，路上都还有下班族，房子真的很新，超级干净卫生，而且还很贴心的准备了一次性用品和牙刷牙膏等，洗澡的水温水量都很合适，提供的洗发水沐浴露也香香的很好用！床也很好睡，东京的这两天我们几乎都在暴走，有一个干净又睡得舒适的房间真的太重要了～以后回想起东京的美好记忆一定会想起民宿的舒适体验和热情的房东～祝好😄

L’emplacement était très bien, dans un coin calme malgré le train qui passe à côté (mais qui s’arrête à minuit). L’appartement est comme neuf, très propre. Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires et le propriétaire a été très réactif, nous les avons eu dans la journée. Je pourrais réserver à nouveau cet appartement lors d’un prochain voyage.

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
