Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nishinari Ward

Excellent place, great location!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The bathroom is clean too, and there is an excellent washing machine! I really recommend this wonderful place!

Keiko was so responsive and gave great suggestions for alternative transportation when our flight was delayed. She also got us snacks since we landed late and knew we would be hungry. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the country. She also helped us with luggage transfer information and assisted us with form filling. The place is very comfortable and has all listed amenities. It is centrally located and has the best host. Many restaurants close by and easy commute to the stations. We would certainly recommend the place for a group of 3 or less.

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

I had to stay overnight suddenly, so I used this. The room was clean, everything I needed was available, it was close to the station, and the location was very good. I felt that it was cheaper than a hotel and that it was good value for money. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

The apartment is a perfect home base for exploring Dotonbori. Minimalistic but has everything you need, great balcony for viewing the city, and it’s very walkable.

Nice place and spacious relatively for Japan. Fairly near the train station as well (good coverage of osaka loop line and to usj), though not as convenient to reach Namba (walk 20min or train 3 stops with a line change). Host was really quick at helping when we had a boiler issue. Overall great, definitely recommend!

The apartment is comfortable and clean, it was perfect for our stay in Osaka - the location was also great, amazing and beautiful at night with so much to do. The instructions were very clear so we could find the flat easily. The host was very friendly and kind, letting us send our suitcases there before our stay and gave us extra help when we needed it in Osaka. Absolutely recommended, thank you!

I accidentally saw this listing on the website, and the photos looked very cozy. I really liked it when I actually stayed (my friends also thought the overall environment was great). There is everything from washing machines, hair dryers, to kitchen utensils!!The point is that the host is super friendly, and the reply to the message is also very fast and immediate. I really recommend it to people coming to Osaka!

The bnb was well equipped with daily supplies, well cleaned, and overall a comfortable stay. Only downside is the slow network speeds on the home wifi.

野村之宿 This is a beautifully designed guesthouse where every space is thoughtfully and elegantly managed. Despite having only a few windows, the natural light still fills the rooms generously — exactly the kind of place I enjoy staying in. The host provided very detailed directions from the subway station to the property, though I must admit that Exit 9 was a bit difficult to find; in fact, Exits 3 or 4 work just as well. That minor issue aside, this newly built residence in Osaka’s increasingly vibrant Nishiku district is not only a contribution to the city but also a blessing for travelers. Thank you!

The property is in great location, with several convenient stores, grocery store (Life, a Kroger/HEB like store for fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and fruits), department store (Super Walmart version), subway stations and restaurants all within 8 min walking distance. 2 stops from city center for entertainment and shopping. The house is spotless, nice kitchen and entertainment items are provided. Tones of towels, 7 types of shampoos and conditioners. We really enjoyed the stay in the house. The host kindly let us check-in early on last minute request. 100% satisfied and highly recommend the place.

It was a wonderful house to stay in if you are going with families or numerous number of people. The location was close to nearest subway and a lot of minimarket and big supermarket that open 24hr nearby. The house was very clean and spacious, you just need to bring yourself and luggage and you can find anything you need just like at your own house

The layout was open and comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for extra space and a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Recommend. Easy to find and close to Doubutsuen-mae station. Transport hub - Tennoji is just 10-minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. All tidy and clean. Rina is very considerable and helpful. Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

Ken’s place was great for my family of 5 (my husband, 3 teenagers, and me)! It was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the train station and shops (but still quiet and peaceful). We enjoyed using the traditional Japanese room. It was especially helpful that Ken had a guide/instructions around the house that showed step-by-step in English on how to check-in and use appliances/air conditioner around the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

The house is very well located, very close to the station and surrounded by food street.It is a room and room, as a foreigner, needs to adapt a little, but it also gave us an interesting experience.Well-equipped, sparkling clean, and the host thoughtfully prepared a wealth of linen and supplies.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!

Matsukun's place is perfect for a family of three adults. It is located right next to the Osaka Subway station - Daikokucho on the Midosuji line and one stop away from Namba ( the main shopping drag and the way to the Glico man). There are lots of restaurants and eating options around the house - we often visited the Life Supermarket and enjoyed sushi at Kura Sushi ( all within walking distance). The house was neat and clean and had every thing we needed (family of 3 adults). Matsukun was very responsive and prompt in responding to my information requests. We enjoyed our week in Osaka and Matsukun's house was the best home base for us. Five stars.
