The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Outside there are ample spaces to enjoy. Each floor is autonomous and has modern kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas. The attic has two bathrooms and two connected rooms. The terrace offers an incomparable panorama, in the context of the Unesco heritage site.

Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax
