Holiday rentals with a patio in Njivice

Cvijetko hämtade oss på flygplatsen något som underlättade mycket pga att vi inte hade egen bil. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för att trivas, och att vakna till den utsikten med havet precis utanför fönstret säger väl allt. Det finns Micro, kaffemaskin, riktig spis med ugn, tvättmaskin. Det underbara havet når man genom att gå över vägen bara där man solar på betongplatåer. Om man vill ha sandstrand fanns det ca 500 meter bort. Det finns en liten Tommy med helt ok utbud till att laga lite lättare middagar. Vi promenerade i detta kuperade område och svalkade oss sedan i havet. Våra hyresvärdar är väldigt tillmötesgående och ville vårt bästa, väldigt hjälpsamma och gulliga. Vi hoppas kunna återvända snart igen, men nu tackar vi allra hjärtligaste för oss.

Where do I begin? In search of a private and peaceful escape from the overly crowded sense I sometimes feel when traveling, I was beyond fortunate to find Mira’s place. A true hidden gem nestled between Perast and Kotor. From beginning to end, Mira made sure my mind felt at ease. From allowing me to check in early, to having her son, Danilo, pick me up from the bus station, I could have not wished for a better host. If you too are looking for an escape with plenty of areas to swim, or just a relaxing day settled in the jacuzzi, treat yourself with a relaxing stay here.

Perfect airbnb, the most beautiful view. The space is small however has everything you could ever need. Natasa was the best host, very attentive, always asking us if we needed anything and just lovely to be around. Thank you for everything - I would definitely come back again.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen bei Barbara. Die Wohnung war super schön, alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aber das Highlight ist natürlich die Aussicht auf die Bucht von der immens großen Terrasse. Barbara ist unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns super Tipps gegeben für Unternehmungen und war auch sonst ein sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Ha sido una estadía maravillosa. Nos toco estar con los dueños del departamento y son absolutamente amables, generosos y cercanos. El departamento es muy limpio bien ubicado y genial para pasar una semana o mas. Seguro que volveremos. Tal vez solo faltan algunos utensilios de cocina, pero por lo demás, excelente, muy recomendable!!!

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

The Airbnb was the main highlight of our trip; the views and surroundings are incredible. It was amazing to go for a morning run along the water. There are plenty of restaurants within the vicinity, and also a small shop selling essentials directly outside the apartment. The apartment was beautifully arranged and maintained. It exceeded my already high expectations! Dare to Dream arranged all our taxis for us; I would definitely advise doing this as it’s much cheaper than local tariffs. We didn’t want to leave!

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war Biljana noch vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet. TipTop saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Restaurants und der Hafen selbst sind zu Fuß super erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Gerne Wieder!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Zorica's apartment. It has all what you need for relaxing holiday. Large patio to sit down and enjoy the warmth and for me to enjoy my morning coffee. Inside the kitchen offered good option to cook our own meals and the washing machine was really handy. For two week holiday we needed to wash our clothes multiple times during our stay. Bedroom is big and has a good amount of storing space for clothes. AC worked like a charm and kept the indoor temperature in control (outside 30 degree). In our stay we were also provided a small TV which was nice because we could connect our laptop for watching movies/series from bigger screen. TV wasn't listed in apartments equipment so was nice surprise. We could arrange the check-in with Zorica so that we could arrive at 2am. Nice. She/her daughter were really helpful and nice so I really recommend this apartment for everyone. Note: Herceg Novi/getting to the house has a lot of stairs so it is good leg excercise 😅

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
