Where do I begin? In search of a private and peaceful escape from the overly crowded sense I sometimes feel when traveling, I was beyond fortunate to find Mira’s place. A true hidden gem nestled between Perast and Kotor. From beginning to end, Mira made sure my mind felt at ease. From allowing me to check in early, to having her son, Danilo, pick me up from the bus station, I could have not wished for a better host. If you too are looking for an escape with plenty of areas to swim, or just a relaxing day settled in the jacuzzi, treat yourself with a relaxing stay here.

It's been a wonderful stay. We have to be with the owners of the apartment and they are absolutely kind, generous and close. The apartment is very clean, well located and great for a week or more. We'll definitely be back. Maybe only a few kitchen utensils are missing, but otherwise, excellent, highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

What can I say, this place is just stunning! Beautiful little slice of heaven right on the water. Great to have our own private patio as well as the gorgeous shared pool and roof terrace which was all kept so clean and tidy. The location was ideal for us as we hired a car, but such a lovely walk along the path right into Kotor town. Delicious local restaurants a short walk away and a handy shop next door. We organised a boat tour through the company too and it was fantastic. One to do for sure. All in all an incredible stay and can’t wait to visit again.

We had an excellent stay at Zeta Residence. The amenities were superb - there is a private beach (the beaches in this area are hardstandings with sea access) with plenty of furniture for a relaxing day by the sea. There are two big outdoor grills and plenty of seating areas for relaxing or eating. The swimming pool area was pristine and our son loved taking a dip in the pool! We stayed in flat 5 - it's air-conditioned, clean and comfortable. The views from this property over the Bay of Kotor are absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice. There are two restaurants and a little market within walking distance. We were able to be picked up from the property by speed boat to do some local tours and one of Nikita's neighbours took us to Perast by boat (to save the 50 mins car journey). The thing that really sets this place apart is Nikita. We regularly use air bnb and he was the most helpful host we have met. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this property.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

It was an apartment with a magnificent view, and Milica was very supportive in all matters. We had a wonderful experience, we were very pleased.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Zorica's apartment. It has all what you need for relaxing holiday. Large patio to sit down and enjoy the warmth and for me to enjoy my morning coffee. Inside the kitchen offered good option to cook our own meals and the washing machine was really handy. For two week holiday we needed to wash our clothes multiple times during our stay. Bedroom is big and has a good amount of storing space for clothes. AC worked like a charm and kept the indoor temperature in control (outside 30 degree). In our stay we were also provided a small TV which was nice because we could connect our laptop for watching movies/series from bigger screen. TV wasn't listed in apartments equipment so was nice surprise. We could arrange the check-in with Zorica so that we could arrive at 2am. Nice. She/her daughter were really helpful and nice so I really recommend this apartment for everyone. Note: Herceg Novi/getting to the house has a lot of stairs so it is good leg excercise 😅

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and especially very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back :)
