Holiday rentals with beach access in Noli

Unser Kurztrip nach Boccadasse war einfach wunderschön! Einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen hat die perfekt gelegene Unterkunft , sehr sauber, gemütlich, geschmackvoll und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb von Finalpia, aber ein kurzer Fußmarsch von 5-10 Minuten führt direkt zu den schönsten Bädern, Bagni Est und Finalpia. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet massig Platz, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich schnell heimisch zu fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Danila lief perfekt und sehr freundlich, als wir ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine hatten erhalten wir sofort Hilfe. Von der Wohnung aus ist man auch schnell in der barocken Innenstadt oder in den Hügeln über Finale, also der beste Ausgangspunkt. Parken ist in der Gegend schwierig, doch in Finalpia gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, das Auto steht dann ca. 10 min entfernt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und sehr gute Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno molto piacevole sul mare. Nonostante l'assenza di aria condizionata l'appartamento è fresco e ben ventilato. In zona si trovano anche ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Ideale per chi cerca relax e comodità a due passi dal mare. Fabiola e sua mamma sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato.

Location splendida! Posizione e vista valgono il viaggio! Appartamento molto comodo per la nostra famiglia (6 adulti e una bimba!). Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti! Grazie di cuore per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Posizione ottima sul lungomare , ottimo per chi ha figli e deve spostarsi a piedi. Siamo stati fortunati col parcheggio, ma purtroppo quello è un problema generale vicino al mare. La casa è molto accogliente e luminosa con una splendida vista sul mare. Consigliatissimo 🫶🏼

Our first time in Italy, let alone Liguria, and Nervi was the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Easy train access to Genova and other towns along the coast. The home was amazing, especially the location with direct access to the sea. We alternated days of sightseeing with down time on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and lounging. Also had quick access to the Passagiata Garibaldi, a beautiful walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea. This region of Italy seems overlooked for more glamorous locales. Our drive to the Piemonte wine region (Alba) was a highlight! This home and prime location in Nervi is a must.

Such a lovely AirBnB. Really spacious and roomy, decorated to a beautiful nautical theme. Has everything you could need for both long and short stays. Host was so polite, kind and responsive and allowed us to check in a few hours early as we had got in sooner than planned. Is around 20 minute walk from station but is located in the most beautiful part of Savona. Right on the harbour/marina in a really quiet and stunning location. Easy walk to the busier beach strip but away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend!

Faccio l'imprenditore edile ed offriamo servizi agli imprenditori edili, se c'è una cosa che ho imparato negli anni è che se vuoi capire un immobile, vai a vedere i bagni e ti racconteranno la storia dell'immobile. Bhè, stavolta ho ascoltato una favola fantastica !!! Il resto dell'immobile ve lo dovete andare a vedere, tipo pellegrinaggio in terra santa !!! Se torno a Spotorno, so già dove alloggiare !!!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. In unter 5 Minuten am Strand, meegaa. Sonst alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar, haben das Auto nie gebraucht. Wen wir wieder in Celle Ligure sind, würden wir erneut in diese Unterkunft gehen. Danke vielmals.

Heerlijk huisje met privé buitenruimte. Host had ons voorzien met veel tips over het ov en de voorzieningen in de buurt. Bushaltes praktisch voor de deur. Kortom een ideaal verblijf waar we volop hebben genoten.

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einer bezaubernden Umgebung. Cristina hat uns perfekt über alles informiert und ein früherer Check-in war ebenfalls möglich, was ideal war. Herzlichen Dank für die Flexibilität und den freundlichen Kontakt. A doppo!

L'alloggio di Manuela è piccino ma perfettamente organizzato, non manca nulla ed è molto confortevole anche per 3 persone. La cucina è provvista di tutto, il bagno anche, si dorme benissimo pur essendo in pieno centro grazie ai doppi vetri che isolano perfettamente dal rumore esterno. La posizione è super centrale e Manuela è accogliente, garbata e disponibile, una perfetta padrona di casa.

Siamo molto felici del nostro soggiorno. La casa è splendida, in particolar modo lo spazio esterno, un giardino riparato ed ombreggiato da alberi di limoni, dove pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi. La casa è pulitissima, la cucina funzionale con lavatrice e lavastoviglie utilissimi, il bagno spazioso con una doccia molto grande e i letti comodi. Inoltre Giulia ci ha fornito una spondina per il letto dove avrebbe dormito nostro figlio di 4 anni e prima dell'arrivo ci ha chiesto se avessimo avuto necessità di altri confort per lui quali culla o seggiolone. La zona è ottima perché in area pedonale, vicino a negozietti e ristoranti e a due passi dalle spiaggie. Molto utile e facilmente raggiungibile anche il posto auto messo a disposizione con l'alloggio.

Vi hade en härlig vecka i Nadias boende. Att äta frukost och middag på altanen med utsikt över havet var underbart. Det passade också oss att bo nära havet och vi tog enkelt bussen till Finalborgo för mysiga middagar. Nadia var hjälpsam och mycket vänlig och svarade på de frågor som dök upp under vistelsen. Tack!

Wunderbare Tage an herrlicher Lage mit einer extrem sympathischer Gastgeberin. Genuss pur, auch das Ambiente ist unglaublich toll. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Chiara's place is clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views of the town and sea out the window. This part of Nervi is beautiful and you're right on the waterfront promenade, a ton of options for swimming and walks just out the front door. We didn't have a car and were fine with walking, bus and train. And special shout out to a really nice firm mattress, rare in an Airbnb! We plan on coming back for sure.

Siamo stai ospiti nell'alloggio di Maddalena e Riccardo x 2 giorni, e devo dire che è stato come essere a casa!! Tutto pulitissimo, non manca proprio nulla!! Dal caffè al detersivo x la lavatirce!! Bonsoir Stefania, Le séjour c’est très bien passé, L’appartement, la ville, les gens , l’ambiance, les restaurants tout à été plus que parfait !! J’ai toujours trouvé que finale était un petit paradis sur terre et j’ai été ravi de pouvoir faire découvrir cette ville et cette région à ma fille… L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel… Stéphania à était parfaite, disponible, réactive et très courtoise. Wunderbare Lage. Den direkten Zugang zur A. Garibaldi Promenade ist super. Die Wohnung bietet alles um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche enthält alle notwendigen Utensilien um sich auch mal eine Mahlzeit selber zuzubereiten und auf dem Balkon unter Meeresrauschen das Essen geniessen zu können. Dies haben wir sehr geschätz. Die Kommunikation mit Davide verlief sehr wertschätzend. Wir erhielten zeitnah alle notwendigen Angaben. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Noli ist ein urtümlicher Ort mit vielen spannenden Ecken und einer traumhaften Umgebung. Die Touristen kommen hauptsächlich aus Italien und vermitteln italienisches Flair. Besonders hilfreich war, dass Marco uns in einer privaten Panne richtig gut weitergeholfen hat, obwohl er dazu keineswegs verpflichtet gewesen wäre. Vielen Dank für diese freundliche Unterstützung!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Finale Ligure! Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: mitten in der charmanten Fußgängerzone, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und mit Bäcker, Metzger und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und großer Gastfreundschaft vermietet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt gerne wieder!

Wow! This was an amazing stay. First off, the place itself was clean, well organized and had everything you needed. The terrace was big and private, and the views were stunning. Last but not least, Deborah was an amazing host! She greeted us at the door, helped with our bags, made sure we were settled in and responded to all our questions. Amazing stay, the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet!

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!
