The 2019 cabin is spacious with a large living room, dining room and open kitchen solution. The place invites you to relax, recreate and hike in easy forest and mountain terrain. It is also within walking distance to a great sandy beach. The locks at the top of the Telemark Canal are a short drive away, and the area is used a lot for both cycling and kayaking. 15 min drive from Lunde, 30 min to Bø Sommarland.

Great view of the canal which is 30 meters away, where the canal boats Victoria, Telemark and Henrik Ibsen pass. The house is furnished in old style with modern facilities. Here you can rent bicycles, canoes and kayaks for excursions in scenic surroundings. From Strengen there is also a short road along Flåvatn to Kilen camping with a beautiful child-friendly beach, Telemark Sommarland in Bø, Ulefoss main farm, Øvre verket craft farm, Norsjø Golfpark and much more.
