To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

Quiet and relaxing between Bergerac and St-Emilion

This rental is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse that will bring you peace. The cottage is located on a large plot with a small pond (possibility to fish the children will love the socket is guaranteed). Sheep, sweet ducks will come to visit you. You have for your use a heated pool from May to seven in common with the owner, a red sauna in your accommodation, shelter and biker comfort. The space, and the view are the assets of this rental

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

Newly decorated and furnished with private pool, vacation home located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The cottage is ideally located with spectacular views of a castle and surrounding countryside. It can accommodate 3 people. It can accommodate a couple, a family with 2 children or 3 adults. The accommodation is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, the river and mainly important tourist sites in the area.

The Donkey Farm

Gite for 2 and possibility to put an extra bed for a child.Ideal setting in the countryside in the middle of the donkeys. Located in the center of the department (half way Perigueux and Bergerac)and less than an hour from all tourist sites (Les Eysies ,Sarlat,Lascaux )
