Mallorca surprised us. The unbeatable place, more than satisfactory value for money. Florenci is very attentive and pleasant. Perfect stay.

Spacious, Comfortable Stay in a Great Location We had a great stay-plenty of space for three people to feel comfortable. The master bathroom features a fantastic rain shower with consistent hot water, which was a real treat. The flat has high ceilings, so sound can echo a bit, but it wasn't a major issue for us. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which was a great bonus. There's a well-stocked grocery store about a 15-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is filled with amazing food and shops. Highly recommended!

Great for families! The apartment is located inside a hotel, so even though you won't have access to the hotel activities, housekeeping or free meals for hotel guests, you have access to the pool, restaurants in the premises, beach. Parking is farely easy to find across the street from the building, not on site. The apartment is well equipped with everything you'll need to spend a few days by the ocean. We look forward to come back!

Perfect location. Easy communication. Beautiful balcony. Sadly only one of the 3 awnings worked so we couldn’t really fully enjoy the balcony, but since the sea is so close by we were fine anyway.

I really recommend this apartment. It has a very good location close to the beach, the airport and has many restaurants near. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice balcony where you can eat with a beautiful view. Communication with the host went very smoothly too. He was always there to help.

Marcello had warmly welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a few snacks. We also thought it was great that we were allowed to use the accommodation on the day of departure. Great location! Great place with everything you need. Lots of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Street parking was tough, but if you go a couple blocks north, as long as there are no dashed lines, you are free to park there.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We loved our time here!! Fornalutx is so peaceful, very walkable, and close to so many things. Neil and Julie were great hosts, very responsive. Would recommend in a heart beat.

The apartment surprised us positively and we immediately felt comfortable. Great location in the village and beautiful balcony, excellently equipped for a beach holiday. Both the apartment and the cool roof terrace with the phenomenal view were great. We would immediately return to the apartment for our beach vacation in Canyamel. Everything was great, the terrace (private) on the fith floor appartment, and the roof terrace when we stayed in the fourth floor appartment. Clean and bright and comfortable. Great cafe/restaurante in the square below, 'coto's cafe'. ... for both apppartments new shower heads and fitting on wall to direct the water, so you can at least have a decent shower, is important and inexpensive fix. Future reviewers comment please to try to get this done as i can see from past reviews its been just about the only gripe... Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
