A newer apartment with everything you need in Vinstra. Bathtub, fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. Parking at the house, and walking distance to the city center and train station. Plenty of room for a couple downstairs in the double bed, the sofa bed in the loft is only 120 cm wide, so it is suitable for 1-2 people. There is also an extra wooden sofa in the loft living room, which can be folded up. Possibility to hang in the hammock on the balcony on the 2nd floor for those who want to sleep outdoors! Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee if desired.

It is a pretty property with spacious garden and large green lawn planted with fruit trees, ornamental trees and shrubs. The plot is located on a quiet street to the west, to the east it borders the river Lågen with beach right. There is also an idyllic river promenade (walking path)for recreation and trim (see pictures). The location is very central while being a quiet and quiet neighborhood. Proximity to all downtown features (shopping center, etc.). On the property is plenty of space for safe car parking that is free for my guests.
