Cozy and welcoming host, responds quickly to inquiries. Peaceful area. The apartment is very cozy and fresh. Plenty of space on the balcony when it is appropriate to use it. If more people are staying over several days, it is probably okay with a little more space for clothes storage, but worked fine for 1 person now. Good duvets and pillows. Happy to rent there again :)

Pleasant landlord who was flexible and responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment was very centrally located in connection with our visit. All in all very happy.

The experience was very positive. The house is old fashioned , and the interiors are charming. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with the owner was proper. However, I must report that after our departure, we were kindly contacted by the owner, who asked whether we had hosted a party in his apartment and if we had left bottles everywhere (as reported by the cleaning lady). This is absolutely untrue. My wife and I were just passing through Trondheim, and after visiting the city's monuments, we returned home and went to bed very early. Despite this misunderstanding (to this day, Bergmund has not yet responded to our emails), I do not feel I can give a negative review of the apartment or the owner, but I preferred to clarify the matter.

We absolutely loved staying at Åsa’s place. It felt so good to come to such a clean, beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Åsa is so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated her warmth and hospitality- we highly recommend her place and would love to return some day!

I can really recommend Trond's apartment. Good bus connections, beautiful surroundings and grocery store within walking distance. It was very easy to communicate with Trond.

Very nice location close to the sea, shop and bus stop. Quiet area. Alexander was flexible and available. Nicely decorated apartment.

Grace is a super nice host and gave me a warm welcome. The view from the room is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need.

Overall, we were happy. The house is rented at quite a reasonable price which is definitely an important part of why we chose this accommodation. For us, most things worked out well, and we had most of what we wanted. What was less good was that according to the photos there should be two double bedrooms, it was only one such bedroom. The hot tub was not going to be used during our stay which we would have liked. The house has lots of potential and can be great for guests, what's clear is really good! But the upstairs is far from clear. Cutters to bring out electricity are crossed and across, and it feels like the space is under construction. A better option for the host would have been to settle for renting out only downstairs with two bedrooms until further notice. We still had a great stay with loved ones and are grateful for that.

Super apartment for our little family. Our 1.5-year-old boy had a blast with all the toys that were available. A big plus with a veranda in good weather! ☺️ We'd love to come back ☺️

A 10/10 stay, the apartment was spacious, clean and tidy, had everything we needed and we felt at home! Oskar was very nice and helpful, always responded quickly to messages and has a very well-maintained and nice apartment. Rema just outside and circus shopping just a few hundred meters away. We would love to come back here!😊
