Cozy holiday apartment. From the entrance there is access to the bathroom with good shower and washing machine. Midway also serves as a bedroom/alcove with 140 cm new box spring and new top mattress, both from 2024. The aisle has two sliding doors so the room can be closed. Living room with sofa, dining area and nice new kitchen with everything in white goods. From the living room there is access to the terrace and communal pool. The pool is heated via solar heating system. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home on a nature plot with its own little forest and views of the water. There is ample opportunity for coziness in the garden with a fire pit, slide, tree top swing, trampoline, barbecue and several terraces. The house is furnished with the possibility of bedding for 6 people. In addition, there is a weekend bed in the house and the possibility of 2 overnight guests on the sofa bed in the living room. There is free access to the swimming pool and hall with badminton etc.

Welcome to lovely Bønnerup Strand. The house is a 5-minute walk from the sea. The beach here is wide and shallow, and really nice for children. House and garden invite you to a relaxing holiday, including a wilderness bath, tennis, bonfire with fire rack, various ball games. There are 3 adult bikes and one children's bike (8-10 years) available. The house has 3 rooms, 2 rooms with double beds of 140x200, and a room with 2 beds of 90x200. In one of the rooms there is nice space for an extra mattress or cot.

The golf course is every year since the opening in 2008 rated as one of the absolute best in DK and was designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The cottage is close to Lübker Square, where there is access with 50% discount to fitness, spa, swimming pool and wellness. Close to lovely Ebletoft, the city of smiles in Aarhus, a stone's throw from Djurs Sommerland and close to Randers Regnskov, Ree Park, Scandinavian Animal Park, etc.

Der er strand og restauranter i gåafstand, dejlige vandre-/cykelstier, samt Djurs Sommerland i nærheden. Her får I behagelig endelejlighed i stueplan med 2 soveværelser, så I får god plads. Lejligheden er velindrettet, lys og rar. Hund er tilladt. Sengelinned og håndklæder skal medbringes. Rengøring er inkluderet i pris ved ophold mere end to dage, kan dog fravælges udenfor højsæson.
