Access, all on foot: 1 min from the Bassin harbor, 5 min from the city center, the market and many shops/restaurants and 8 min from the beaches. Attached to our house, 50 m2 (well soundproofed), it consists of an independent entrance, living room, open kitchen, 1 sofa bed and 1 shower room. Upstairs: 1 double bed, 2 single beds Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. 400 m² garden, to share with us.

Our stone house, with private swimming pool (heated and accessible from June to September) and direct access to the beach of Donville les bains, offers an area of 90m2 indoor and 70m2 of terrace next to and around the pool. We have installed a table at the bottom of our garden, on the side of the dune with a unique view of the beach, the sea and the Chausey Islands - We have our breakfast, lunch or just our coffee... but also dinner to enjoy the sunset.
