Manoir du Bois Joly – Gîte & Roulottes

2 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou and in the Parc Naturel du Perche, the Manoir du Bois Joly dates from the 16th century. The cottage is restored with traditional materials. It is equipped with a large dining room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Nearby we offer 3 caravans (for 4 people) and 2 shepherd's huts (for 3 people). Each one tells its story, the Art Deco Trailer, the Gypsy Trailer, the Vintage Trailer, the Shepherd's Huts...

Unusual accommodation The trailer is fully equipped, small kitchen area that opens on one side to the bed and on the other to the dining table as well as the TV, and finally to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker. In the garden you will find two deckchairs with table and chairs to fully enjoy the sun. A charcoal barbecue will also be available. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed

We welcome you to our former 3.5 hectare cider house. Rustic and simple place, walk on the property. Barbecue area, swing... Pets allowed under supervision. You can see our chickens, dwarf goats, turkeys, guinea fowl, cows, ducks... You will have a large covered caravan. It consists of a bedroom area with 140 x 190 double bed, a small kitchen with 3 gas burners, a convertible living room without curtains for 1 adult or 2 children.

Enjoy the sound of water and nature when you stay in this unique place. Our carefully restored vintage caravan welcomes you to enjoy a nature bath. This cozy little nest will give you the comforts you need to enjoy the charming Heronchelles Valley and its unspoiled nature. On site you can enjoy the calm and rest, ideal for a real break but also to practice various nature activities that can be carried out on site and nearby.

Facing the forest, at 1, 2, 3 or 4, come and discover our countryside. Atypical and comfortable! Kitchen: sink, hob, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine (pods and tea provided). TV, air conditioning, dry toilet, shower in a hut next door. Towels and bed linen are provided. 1 bed of 180 & 1 of 130. Vintage 3-person caravan in a natural setting!

Change of scenery guaranteed in our 1970s caravan! We offer our little gem that can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, on our wooded land, in the countryside between Brittany & Normandy. Small unusual cocoon on our land but independent and not facing our residential house. Three small beds are at your disposal (vintage dimensions: 1 mattress 1 person 70 x 190 and 1 new mattress (narrow) 2 people 120 x 175.

Caravane

It has remained in its "original juice" on the outside, but we have given it a little facelift on the inside for more comfort and a cocooning atmosphere: we call it the "dudumobil" ☺️ it welcomes all lovers of nature and camping 🌳🌷☘️ Come and enjoy a night, or more if you like, to rest facing the Seine or read a book, fish… it's up to you! A small boat launch is nearby if you want to come with a boat.
