Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

Lovely spacious apartment and spotlessly clean, lots of everyday essentials. No lift so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs with cases. Location great for the town centre and hospital which is why we chose it.

Just back from a fantastic month in Condado de Alhama. Eva has a wonderful apartment and it was everything I had hoped for and more. Place was Spotless and I really enjoyed the roof terrace. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

The place was amazing. It was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked up. It looked more amazing than it did in the photos. The place was well-equipped, the furniture were well-thought-of, and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and everything in the house was working. The garden was also amazing though I think it would be better if there were more lights outside. The host also provided some cold beers in the fridge which I think was a really nice touch. The only downside was that it was far from the city center, so I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this Airbnb. But overall, really great airbnb! would love to stay there again.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Sergio and his family were amazing hosts. We felt right at home. The house illustrates how authenticity meets luxury. The house was spotless, bedrooms and bathrooms felt like luxury hotels. Aside from the house, the surrounding nature is a peace from heaven, and perfect for stargazing at night. The house had all the amenities we needed, and again, host was absolutely lovely. Muy amable. Highly recommended and we will be visiting again.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Thank you Chloe for our stay in your lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. The home is tastefully furnished and feels cared for. There is everything needed for your stay and the quality of all items is very good. The bed is very comfortable with good quality mattress, pillows and bedding. The rest of the beds are the same standard although we did not use them. The indoor and outdoor furniture is also of good quality and well cared for. The outdoor terraces are private and have lovely touches. The large terrace is a lovely area to enjoy time together and al fresco meals and is a calm and restful space. The large garden and pool are only a few metres away and add to this great home. Chloe told us all we needed to know before our arrival and access to the complex and the home was straightforward and without any issues. The complex is safe and very well maintained and family friendly and has everything needed for a great stay. We would recommend Chloe’s lovely home without hesitation.

A fabulous apartment - beautifully furnished and clearly well looked after and cared for. It very much felt like a home. The bedrooms are cool and the air conditioning worked very well. We were there for some rest and relaxation and the beautiful kitchen was extremely well stocked with every utensil you could need. The apartment is well located on the site with a great view of the pool and surrounding area. And it's all very secure with gated access to each area. And very much a superhost with quick responses to any of our messages. We loved it so much, we're already looking at when we can next visit.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
