In the house there is a large equipped kitchen with wood stove, Community Room/Bedroom with 4 beds and tile stove. Glazed porch. Bathroom with toilet, a shower and a washing machine. The property is close to nature and the Dellens lakes, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 30 km to the wolverine lake and hassela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
