Upstairs is a loft/master suite with king bed, full bath and a cedar sauna! Step outside to the wrap around deck, and hot tub, with plenty of room to enjoy relaxing in rocking chairs or outside dining. Only five minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, the Ski Resort or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

You will be close to everything! Centrally-located cabin! Flat roads all the way to cabin! Right off of the Dolly Parton Parkway you are 5 mins from shopping, food, grocery stores, gas etc, 20 mins from Dollywood, 30 mins - 1 hour from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We do have an indoor/outdoor cat that lives here. If you aren't a fan of cats then this isn't the place for you! LOL
