Beachfront holiday rentals in Norrmalm

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Had the most gorgeous stay and this lovely country home. Guans parents who live nearby were super helpful with everything and kindly cooked us breakfast and shared with us their fresh vegetables. It’s perfect short get away in the summer for someone living in stockholm. Would recommend staying in good / dry weather due to the outdoor kitchen and shower! Will definitely looking to visit again soon.

Brilliant long weekend stay. Beautiful cabin right on the water, we made use of the kayaks daily! Amanda was a responsive and friendly host, we would definitely recommend this stunning place.

Heaven on earth

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

We had an amazing stay at Rika's place in Saltsjobaden. It exceeded all expectations and both us and our kids felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The house is perfectly set up for a family. Everything is super easy to find and the house has everything and more you could ask for. We also absolutely loved the location. It was easy to get to and easy to get around.

A very nice house. We took it very clean and ordered the final cleaning separately, which is highly recommended for the sizes of the house. The contact with Fredrika was exclusively online, always very nice. We were 4 adults and 3 children, but the 5 rooms with sleeping facilities were great. At least the two bigger beds were a little too soft for us, but that's a habit. Complete decor of the house, we didn't lack anything. Outside a nice little pool and a gas grill. It's only a 10-minute walk to the well-attended beach in the village, as well as to the bus stop. From there you can reach the center of Stockholm in 25 minutes. A shopping mall is close by too. We had a great stay and highly recommend the house.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

Helena's house met our expectations in every way. It is located in a residential area, very nice and quiet. We even had the chance to spot a rabbit in the garden😊. Stockholm city center is very quickly accessible, the tram passes just down the street. We enjoyed the quality of the amenities, the space in the house and the neat decoration, with beautiful pieces of Scandinavian design. We also had a great time in the garden: morning coffee on the terrace, lunch in the sun and end of the day in the spa It's a very nice place that we recommend without reservation. Helena was always responsive and attentive to the comfort of our stay.

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

If you could give 10 stars, we would. The place is fantastic. Even nicer than in the pictures. Helena and Magnus are wonderful hosts who leave nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, a hot bath in the Jacuzzi or the best tips for the area, you get everything from them. For us an absolute plus: the cozy construction trailer, a few meters to the lake and - oh - just everything.

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

In a peaceful place surrounded by nature, Karin welcomes you in a typically Swedish atmosphere. The accommodation has all the comforts and accessories necessary to make your stay pleasant and if you are lucky, you will even come across a young deer in front of your door while you are only 25 minutes from the heart of Stockholm by public transport.

It's a corner of paradise for those who love nature. The calm, the softness of the place, the view, everything is relaxing and conducive to contemplation. We had a refreshing stay as we dreamed of. We'd love to go back! The house is functional and it feels good. There is comfort. The hot tub is an amazing plus. If you like peace and quiet, this is a place for you.

An absolutely beautiful house with a very great location. There were also more than enough play opportunities for the children. The family responded very quickly to messages and thus saved our vacation. Absolutely recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Nina and Bjorn’s place . Very comfortable and as advertised. About 30 -40 minutes to the centre of Stockholm . Regular local bus and good connections to the Metro . Lovely local beach to walk around . So many things to see in Stockholm and the archipelago. Nina and Bjorn were excellent hosts . We hope to return. Lidingo a nice island.

As a family of four, we had a wonderful time in Madeleine's beautiful cottage! Her husband Michael picked us up by boat and then went shopping for groceries with us, including specialty recommendations; we couldn't have had a better start to the Christmas holidays. The house is exactly as described, as are the amenities. If we had any questions, we could always contact Michael or Madeleine. The view of the water is fantastic and the ferry ride to Stockholm is a highlight for the whole family. In short, we will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! It couldn't have been more perfect... a dream house, beautifully furnished, a wonderful comfortable bed, a large garden, a private beach with a lake, best transport connections in all directions, especially the commuter boat, which is in Stockholm in 70 minutes, but also the 30-minute express bus to/from Stockholm, all shopping in Gustavsberg, the wonderful surroundings and walks in wonderful nature in the immediate vicinity of the house, the Artipelag Museum in a great location and beautiful opportunities to walk.... Such a beautiful spot, absolutely something for the soul. We enjoyed sitting on the feel-good couch on the second floor with a cup of coffee in the morning and watching deer, rabbits and squirrels in the tree. The crowning glory was the visit to the island of Sandhamn, the ride through the archipelago, the secluded sandy beaches and beautiful cottages made the visit now in autumn a unique Swedish idyll.
