The esthetics in the apartment is a matter of the heart for me, therefor I only welcome guests with a truly gentle touch. Beauty needs to be cared for. Fully equipped machinery in all respects. An extremely bright and beautiful apartment with lots of windows, wooden floors, original beams and brick walls. There are more windows than walls :-) Situated in a charming, central area one block from Odenplan where you find all buses and the subway. Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. A small pentry underneath the skylight with a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for anyone fed up with boring hotel rooms who wants something special.

Modern, bright attic in 400 year old house

Very nice AirBNB! We visited Stockholm very spontaneously for 2 nights. William was very helpful, friendly and replied very fast all the time. The location is just perfect in the old town. The apartment was very clean even though we booked the early check in only the evening before. The cleaning crew missed to make the beds but William managed this for us immediately. The location in the city can be very noisy in the evening but if you close the windows, you won‘t hear anything from it. Remember, it‘s an attic apartment, it can get very hot in summer. WiFi and Check-in by the app worked both perfectly. There’s everything you need in the apartment (except maybe a safe, in case you need one). The apartment was very clean, but there were a few things to repair like a few broken doorhandles and no lights in the master bedroom. But overall the apartment is very nice and we‘d visit again, especially with William as our host! Thanks a lot for your hospitality and until the next time! ☺️

Easy going, professional family, with fast friendly communication. Huge thanks to Linn & Mikael, we enjoyed the stay very much. The flat was very clean and really really comfy for 7 people. It was so nice to have a code for the door, instead of having to carry a key around. The trainstation was like a 5-10 mins walk, which made it no problem if you want to spontaniously go out. The host was really friendly and responds fast. We had a really good time staying in this airbnb. Thank you!

Eva’s a great host and her apartment is absolutely stunning. Very spacious - ideal to have two bedrooms and so lovely to have a little terrace too! Great location in Södermalm too. Overall wonderful and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Old town/Gamla Stan Sthlm. Unique living anno 1400

The accommodation is in the heart of the old part of Stockholm. The house is beautiful, very old. What to note is that you have to walk up five floors which if you are not very fit can be exhausting after a day of sightseeing. The place is perfect for 3/4 people max because there are two beds, one very large and one 1.30 more or less. The Inchable Bed Solution offered by the hostess can be valid for a child but for adults it is uncomfortable. The place is beautiful inside but the bathroom is very small and with very little light. Otherwise it's very nice, the floor is wonderful, the decor is taken care of, and a wonderful interior garden for use by the community of neighbors.

Great place. This is a large studio apartment with a glassed off bedroom, full kitchen, and combined shower/toilet/laundry room. Very comfortable place to stay, especially for those needing a long-term rental, as I did. Aspudden is a friendly, quiet part of Stockholm with multiple restaurants and an especially good café, a ‘stenugnsbageri’ called Bonne Femme, right around the corner. Short walks to grocery stores and other services. The Aspudden T-Bana station is a 2minute walk from the apartment, on line 13. You even get a picturesque view of a good-sized park from the balcony. I loved it and hope to book from Nino again!
