Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Athens Regional Unit

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My husband and I stayed the night in Rafina in between a ferry and a flight and we weren’t expecting to have such a pleasant time, but the hospitality and thoughtful touches meant we had a lovely evening and morning.

My wife and I only had one night at this beautiful home, but everything was great! Konstantinos was always very quick to answer and even was able to provide transportation to and from the airport. The backyard was cute and the bed was so comfortable. Wish we stayed longer. I can see why he is a super host.

Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

A great stay, particularly as we had an early flight the next morning. Our host helped us with a drop off at the airport at a very early time, so that was really appreciated. Would recommend.

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

I had a great stay at Georgia’s apartment. It has everything you need for a business trip or a vacation. The place was lovely, cozy, and clean. Georgia was a very helpful and kind host. I would definitely come back.

This is truly an amazing place. It is far from the fancy districts, so one can get a sense of everyday life of Athenians. The apartment is located on the roof top and the view is stunning: the sea and ships, surrounding mountain ranges on the horizons, and busy city below and around, with Akropolis in view. Unforgettable. The apartment might serve well as a writer's retreat. To get to downtown, there are several buses running frequently.

This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to catch some zzz’s after a day of travel on ferries back from islands and before an early morning flight. It is walkable to the metro station that is only 2 stops away from the airport. We got into the place around 10 PM and were happy to find a fast food place that was open to get some late night gyros. In the morning, we passed several bakeries for breakfast on the way to the metro. The place was spotless and very spacious. It also has a huge back door deck. Overall, great stay! Thanks! Would recommend this to anyone needing a place for one night before or after traveling to/from the airport with early or late hours.

We enjoyed staying at Tassos' apartment. Our flights were quite delayed, however he was so kind that he waited our arrival after midnight. The place was like home. He kindly offered lots of food and beverages. This made us save the time for shopping for the breakfast next day. Parking was quite easy. One of us couldn't sleep well since the mattress was hard for him but this may change from one to another...

ce fut un plaisir de retrouver l'appartement d'Irène et Michalis le soir après avoir visité Athènes nous avons bien profité des terrasses pour les repas et la détente l'appartement est bien équipé et confortable et très propre. nous n'avons pas rencontré Irène et Michalis mais merci d'avoir été réactif à nos questions par messages voilà notre séjour s'est très bien passé et après l'effervescence d'Athènes l'île d'Egine nous a enchanté par sa douceur de vivre et ses gourmandises a la pistache patricia Chantal et flo

We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Athens. It is very well presented, very spacious, quiet at night and very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and kitchen and even has a balcony to sit on and enjoy a wine at the end of the day. George is a nice and helpful person. A very good location - from here you can walk to many attractions - especially the Acropolis and Syntagma Square (Changing of the Guard 11am Sundays!). The Archeological Museum is less than 5 minutes away. There is a highly rated restaurant downstairs and a supermarket nearby. A perfect place to stay!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir sogar früher einchecken durften. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We only spent a night here, but the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The locations very convenient for an overnight stay near the airport, but not very exciting otherwise. Marilena was a fantastic host - very helpful and responsive. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans le cadre d’un transfert aéroport, le logement était très bien, propre, moderne et climatisé avec un lit très confortable. Un petit balcon très appréciable, les alentours avaient l’air animés avec des nombreux restaurants. Seul bémol à noter : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πολύ περιποιημένος και άνετος. Η στάθμευση απίστευτα βολική και χωρίς κανένα άγχος. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη, εξυπηρετική και διαθέσιμη για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία επίσης πάρα πολύ βολική για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μου – το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! ❤️❤️

Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, κάτι που με έκανε να νιώσω ασφάλεια και άνεση. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε ήσυχη συνοικία δίπλα σε όμορφο πάρκο. Υπάρχουν καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση για τα βασικά ψώνια και ο σταθμός μέτρο Εθνική Άμυνα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Φιλοξενούνται άνετα τρία άτομα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Sie liegt nahe an der nächsten Metrostation, von dort aus war es einfach in die Stadtmitte und zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants oder Bars waren fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war hübsch und man konnte dort gut frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Stravos war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und antwortete schnell.

Super séjour dans cet Airbnb ! Le logement est impeccable, très propre et comme neuf. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiel charmant, calme et typique. Un vrai petit havre de paix tout en restant proche de tout. Je recommande vivement !
