De toegang naar de bovenste woning is door middel van een aparte toegansdeur met slot. De ingang, trap en wasruimte op de 1e verdieping is gedeeld met de bovenste bewoner. This family-friendly home is perfect for families. The house is in a green and child-rich neighborhood within walking and cycling distance of the city center of's-Hertogenbosch. In addition to a football cage, there are playgrounds and a supermarket. The house has a cozy front and back garden and has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.
