Consisting of living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, separate toilet. Parking is possible on private, enclosed property. Storage and charging point for bicycles. Everything within walking distance: public transportation, stores, restaurants. Within 15 minutes by car from Breda and Rotterdam, Kinderdijk mills, nature park de Biesbosch.

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Dit (boven)appartement kan voor een klein groepje mensen een vergaderplek zijn. Koffie en thee dan inbegrepen. In de koelkast hebben we eventueel tegen betaling blikjes/flesjes gekoelde alcoholische en niet alcoholische drankjes. Prijslijst op koelkast. Het appartement is bovenaan de trap met een schuifdeur afsluitbaar van de benedenverdieping met een knopcilinder. Het is een niet roken en geen kind vriendelijk appartement. We hebben liever geen huisdieren. De slaapkamer is op de 2e verdieping.
