Built by a true artisan, you can see his attention to detail throughout the home. Located on a quiet street a near downtown Black Mountain, enjoy the proximity to great restaurants and shops. Have your morning coffee on the porch listening to birds sing. Parking for three cars. Two pets welcome with a one time $75 pet fee.

Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
