Guest House Topsail is an intimate, boutique getaway located in the heart of “downtown” Topsail Beach, North Carolina. With four luxurious private suites, Guest House Topsail provides a level of comfort and sophistication unlike any other accommodations on Topsail Island. The top-floor Sky Suite offers surrounding windows that sweep you into views of Topsail Island in all directions. The Sky Suite features a King bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and sitting area.

Log Suite at our Boutique Bed & Brewery

Our Two-Story log suites are the perfect basecamp for couples and families alike. They offer two bedrooms with two spacious bathrooms, along with a small kitchen, equipped with induction cook top and refrigerator. Great for extended weekends or a quick trip to enjoy the beauty of Cashiers, North Carolina. Be sure to take a quick hike over to our on-site brewery, Whiteside Brewing Co., and enjoy the great food and drink selection they have to offer. This suite is sure to cure what “ales” you! ;)

Outpost Inn Highlands

The Petite is our 170 SF Queen hotel room with all of the bells and whistles of larger rooms but in a cozier footprint- luxury Queen mattress, Italian linens, vintage Appalachian textiles, Pendleton Blankets, coffeemaker, minibar with NC goodies, minifridge, luxury bathroom with robe, luxury toiletries and amazing walk in shower with the best water pressure. Please note this Room has since been painted Hague Blue by Farrow and Ball (pics on the way!). Outside your door is our newest firepit!

Loggerhead Inn & Suites - Two Queen Suite

This Two Queen Suite has all of the space and comfort needed for your beach getaway. Enjoy time with family and friends in the lounge area featuring a dinette table, and kitchenette filled with all the tools you need for quick meals and snacks. These rooms are located on the 1st floor or 2nd floor (accessible by stairs only). Guests have access to on-site pool, beach access, and guest laundry. Loggerhead Inn & Suites is a Hotel in Surf City, NC and is managed by North State Hospitality.

Tower Circle Motel- Queen Room ( Not Pet Friendly)

Unit 8 features a queen size bed, microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Linens, towels and some toiletries provided. All units have their own private entrance and private bath. Shared outdoor porch and sitting area. Close beach access. Can be adjoined with Unit 9(queen bed, kitchenette andbathroom) Located in Buxton close to restaurant, coffee houses and gift shops. Less than 1 mile from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse! Easy access to surfing, kiting and other watersport's spots. Enjoy!

The princess bride quarter is your romantic honeymoon suite. This natural light infused room is a large master suite overlooking the back gardens and ceremony site for weddings. Small hotel near South Mountain State Park, perfect for hikers, explorers, and anyone seeking a peaceful nature retreat. We’re in the process of reopening, with some tidying up and repairs still underway. The pool isn’t open yet, and the exterior is being organized, but if you don’t mind that, this is a quiet, secluded, and affordable getaway. We’re only hosting a limited number of guests right now, and we’d love to have you stay with us!
