Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
