Camping in Fletcher | Tents

KelseaRating, 5 stars68 months ago
Such a great spot. The property is beautiful, cozy, and has great views. The glamping set up was perfect for our needs. Having a real, cozy, blanket covered bed was amazing. Tent was spacious and we felt we had everything we needed for our trip. We extra enjoyed the amazing brewery / beer stop down the road called Whistle Hop. Tent came with electricity hook up and a space heater. We camped in some freezing weather and were beyond warm and cozy. There's a cute barn cat who stopped by but our jerk dog scared him off. Bonus points to the host who came out in the cold around midnight to make sure our electricity, and our connection to the space heater, worked after the heater tripped the breAker. Host made sure we were cozy and had everything we needed, even late!

*ALL GEAR INCLUSIVE!* Camp Uptown Backwoods (CUB)

TamarRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Wow! Awesome place! We stayed here for 2 nights and had the most wonderful time having a campfire under the stairs, playing board games together, exploring (beautiful) nearby waterfalls and spending the afternoon in waterfall infinity pools together. Greg is by far the best host we have ever had - he is communicative, helpful, responsive, personable and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your time. The campsite set up had everything you could need - clearly designed by someone with lots of camping experience who knows what amenities make for the most enjoyable stay. The tent was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower was easy to use (and warm), and the kitchen set up was easy to navigate. Great stay where special memories were made!

Sugarneck is a winner! We stayed at their Mooneshine Tent. Great space, Plenty to do. The shower was AMAZING! One of the best I have ever used! The water stayed hot for long time. All in all would definitely recommend Sugarneck to anyone looking to experience camping and still be comfortable. Thank you guys for everything! ❤️

Call of the Wild King Suite Glamping Tent

PhoebeRating, 5 stars35 months ago
Into The Wild Retreat is an absolute gem. It is on exquisitely beautiful land and is completely peaceful. Molly and Tim are amazing hosts, beginning to end. They went to such great lengths to make the space itself special and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfy, the shower (solar powered!, like all the lights) is better than ours at home. The creek that runs right by our tent is gorgeous, and we loved sitting in it and listening to it at night. We were very sad to leave. We’ll definitely be returning!

Unwind at a Private Pond, Mountain Retreat Dome 2

HollyRating, 5 stars24 months ago
This place was amazing! Coming from out of state, we didn't want to travel with all our camping gear, and this place had everything we needed! Clean comfortable beds, great pavillion to cook and eat under when it rained. The pond provided entertainment. The location was close to all the hiking and shopping we wanted. We will be back someday!

Glamping TeePee w/ outdoor shower & movie theater

KayRating, 5 stars20 months ago
OMG!! This teepee was an absolute vibe! I loved it. Very secluded, private and peaceful. We were there during the weekend of the Hippie Fest. The first night we were we made dinner on the grill and set up a picnic under the lights near the hammocks. We had planned to watch a movie at the outdoor theater but we decided to stay in the tee pee. We lit a fire, played some music, drank some dranks and slept so well. It rained that evening and there was a tiny leak that dampened the foot of the bed but not enough to ruin a single thing. I texted Jodi to let her know and she took no time to respond and bring us fresh blankets. Saturday we were at the festival all day. When we got in, I wanted take a shower but the propane was out so the water was cold. It was late so I didn’t bother anyone, but the next morning, I texted Jodi, and Kris was outside within a few minutes replacing the propane for a hot shower. I’ll be back for the next Hippie Fest.

Big Sky Shelter

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Todd’s place was the perfect weekend getaway. The view is amazing and we got a very epic sunset and the location is also good for stargazing on a clear night. The land is spacious with multiple options to set up camp. We chose to set up camp at the bottom of the hill to avoid wind which worked out perfectly and we used the fire pit near that shelter for relaxing. We used the shelter for cooking with our camping stove and some yoga. We had no wildlife encounters other than a welcomed toad that hung out by the fire with us. We would absolutely come back and recommend to others. While 2w drive would be fine in non-rain conditions, I would not recommend a low profile car.

Rustic Green River Glamping Tent

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a fun and relaxing glamping experience for my son and I and our two dogs. The bed was comfy and there was enough space for my son's twin air mattress. I did also notice a cot under the bed. There is a cooler and fire pit/grill available to use and a roomy porch to sit on. The roads are a bit beat up from Hurricane Helene, but my Corolla did fine! The other guests were courteous and friendly. The staff is very accommodating and pretty much always available.

Indian Attack Cabin Tent - Wi-Fi

StephanieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This tent is the perfect place to escape to for a relaxing weekend! It was the perfect step up from camping. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a good thunderstorm! If it’s a cold night, it does get a little chilly, but the space heater definitely helps and the comforters were quite warm! I definitely hope to come back again!

Comfy Safari Tent in Brasstown NC

MeaganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Renew glamping tent was a perfect stay for our long weekend. It was very dog friendly! This tent would have been great for a family with children to bring. The stream, fire pit, garden and cooking common area were all that was needed. However, if you venture out, Brasstown is just a walk away to cute Boutique shops and restaurants. This spots about a 30 minute drive to Nantahala rafting companies and right at an hour for Cherokee, NC. Murphy and Andrews are also close by. Everything was spotless and peaceful. We will be returning to rent out the whole area with all the family!!
