Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Coast

Mike & Theresa are wonderful hosts! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My toddler and 8 month old had no problems sleeping. Be mindful that there are stairs to get into property in case of heavy luggage or little ones. Wonderful location with restaurants nearby and parks as well. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay!

This place was so close to the Redwoods!! We loved the peaceful backyard and the hot tub.

Larry goes above and beyond. House was clean and exceptionally well stocked. Groceries and numerous goodies supplied. Even a plate of freshly baked cookies. Kitchen has everything and then some. Very quiet and never heard a peep from the neighbors even though the houses are very close together. Lovely private garden behind the house. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is a feast for the eyes—every room is filled with unique and thoughtful artwork that made it feel more like a gallery than a rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept like rocks), and the host left clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to the coffee maker. Speaking of which, the coffee in the fridge was unexpectedly great—a rare and welcome touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates comfort with a creative flair!

The farmhouse was perfect for our visit to Petaluma. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, and I loved that there was a very large enclosed yard for the kids to run around. The house had every single thing we needed, and Dani was incredibly responsive, helpful, and really went over the top to make sure we had a great trip. Host lives on the same property in a separate building, but we had plenty of privacy and a dedicated (gorgeous) outdoor space. Everything was really comfortable.

The house is beautiful and spacious with two full bathrooms which easily fit my family of nine. The kids were astonished by the laundry shoot and double stairs, haha. Was a gorgeous home, would definitely stay again. Also loved that they provided fans in the rooms since there are no ceiling fans in older homes.

Sherry was very responsive and very flexible with checkout which we appreciated. you need a car as there's not much within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and although the unit is a bit dated, it has everything you need.

The host was responsive and flexible with our schedule change for check in. The experience was simple and easy.

What a lovely place! Super cozy and beautifully decorated. The skylights bring in a lot of natural light and the patio is so sweet. I was greeted by two little birds singing their songs each day. Highly recommend! :)

I absolutely loved staying at the Birds Nest. It is a super cozy little apartment. Tyra and her team are extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Tyra as a host. I am looking forward to staying there agin in the future. 5 star place and host!

Delora is a friendly host with clear communication. The Airbnb is a manageable walk from many nice shops and restaurants, and the area is quiet. It’s a nice size for two people.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Katie and Randy were the best hosts we have ever had probably. They baked us delicious scones and cherry cobblers to welcome us. She gave great recommendations for redwood forest trails. Her place was very lovely, beds were comfortable, comes with everything you need. We will definitely come back again!!

The location was truly perfect -- excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Walk to UC Berkeley was about 10 to 15 minutes, to Rockbridge BART was about 20 minutes. Emily was a super nice host and helped me with local tips and informations.

Such a fantastic Airbnb, probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts are so kind and everything is even better than advertised. Make sure to get some cider for the road because it’s incredible! The breakfasts the host provides for you each morning are delightful, menu is different each day. Really really incredible place. And to top it all off the guest house is beautifully updated!

Cherie, Ken, and Sarah were amazing hosts that were full of knowledge. It was like meeting up with old friends. Trust all their recommendations for local places to hike, visit, and eat. In the fifteen years we’ve been staying in Airbnbs, they were by far the most hospitable. Fantastic location with great ocean view. Sitting on the deck to watch the sunset was amazing. Best stay in the area and reasonably priced. Look no further. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The offered amenities are top notch. This is the place you want.

A beautiful, artistic and charming guest room that was perfect for a nights stay. Dave was a lovely host, waiting for us with a big smile and an open door. We booked last minute, and both hosts were so responsive and kind and accommodating. The place itself isn’t large, but it’s got everything you need to relax and enjoy- a comfortable bed and sheets, a beautiful green view out of the windows, an artistic and stylish bathroom with charming details (including a towel warmer!!) a fridge, coffee maker and cold water in glass bottles. There is a private outdoor patio decorated in mosaic tiles created by Kathryn, with lush greenery everywhere. We had two memorable meals out there- when we first arrived Dave made us a snack plate with beverages delivered on a tray. Also, they cook you breakfast and deliver it to the patio at your desired time. It was such a lovely way to start the morning and is the type of hospitality gesture that makes their Airbnb stand out. Can’t wait to come back!

Patree was an amazing hostess — she made delicious cookies for us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was so hospitable and her home is a hidden gem. Our stay was wonderful and we would return to Crescent City just to stay with her again.
