Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Cowichan

The place was beautiful and absolutely spotless! And the extra little touches were everything. It was such a relaxing and comfortable stay, we really couldn't have asked for more.

Lisa’s place far exceeded expectations. Beautiful architecture surrounded by breathtaking scenery; peaceful and serene. She thought of every little detail, providing guests with every thing they would need for a short visit or longer stay. Lisa was very courteous, welcoming, and available for any questions. Her online communications provided clear instructions on everything from check-in to working the blinds. I highly recommend this mountainside oasis

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was exactly as described and the views were spectacular. Evelyn was a great host. She informed us of everything we needed and more. We had forgotten a sweater at the place and Evelyn was so kind to mail it to us.

Josie was a fantastic host. Flexible, responsive, and helpful in providing local recommendations for an area we were new to. The house and property are beautiful, peaceful, and unique. Can't recommend highly enough!

Hosts super responsive on our last minute booking. Place was beautiful and quiet with a lovely view of the water. Kitchen was wonderfully set up with dishes, cutlery, appliances etc. Would recommend to friends.

Already knew from the pictures that it was going to be nice, but it surpassed my expectations when seeing the place in person. Very relaxing to stay, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It’s private and the amenities are great.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The view from the sitting room and balcony are exquisite. The hosts were most accommodating. The hiking trails on Mayne are very scenic. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Nanaimo at Michelle’s - she was always responsive and very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee pods and tea. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids - the living room is nice and bright with skylights so a sleeping mask is a good idea if you are on the pull out futon. The driveway is steep but once we got used to it had no issues.

We had a great stay at Beach Bliss! The view from the balcony is incredible. We appreciated the welcome note and treats. We will definitely be returning!

Really liked my stay, host always responded and checked in, nice apartment very clean. Wish location was closer to shops and food ect, too many homeless people close to the location so weary of that but besides that I enjoyed my stay nice stay for 1-3 days. Clear instructions when checking in and out. I would give it 4.5/5 very enjoyable

My first trip with my cat and Catherine s place was great. A window to see the deer in the back, a good size for 1-2 people and a small pet. good location and everything on the island is close by. thanks again

Such a great place to stay! Located in a smaller town, worth the price and lots of fun outdoor activities. Karli is attentive and accommodating-would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, within walking distance to tons of restaurants on Main Street and to Riley Park (multiple playgrounds), Nat Bailey Stadium and Hillcrest Aquatic Centre (swimming pool is under maintenance until end of June 2025). Space was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a Pack n Play available. Anthony and Leatt are great hosts, very responsive and go above and beyond to help. Leatt provided a list of kid-friendly restaurants to visit while we are in town. I was also offered allergy medication after they learned that I was having severe allergy symptoms.

Great experience and would stay again. Very clean and well maintained. Coffee was appreciated as was the first aid kit…..nice attention to detail.

We had a lovely stay in the tree house. It's truly unique and a cozy, comfortable, place to stay surrounded by natural beauty. We enjoyed visiting the local farmers market and exploring East Sooke Regoinal Park. I hope to go back!

Scott’s place is perfect for two people. It is close to everything. We only drove when we needed to leave town or go to Upper Gibsons. The bed is very comfortable - not too hard, not too soft. The outside deck is lovely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is beautiful, peaceful and well appointed. The sauna was fantastic- and our host for this week - Amy- was really gracious and very helpful and also a very interesting person. We really enjoyed the relaxed pace and refreshing environment. Amy thank you so much for the hospitality- and the lovely smile- and generous laughter.

Great cozy little cabin! Feels extremely private but Michele’s place is close by in case you need her, and we loved the visits from her dogs and hearing the frogs on the pond at night. Was extremely safe at night :) Had everything you need in the kitchen to cook with and the bed was very comfy for two. Loved having breakfast outside and seeing the deer watching us eat! So cute. Central on the island - walking distance to a restaurant/shops and a 5 min drive literally everywhere else. Michele was a very friendly host and gave us some tips on nice walks and where to take our kayak! Had a great stay :)

Very cozy space and a sweet host. Just a quick drive from Goats on the Roof and only 30min from Nanaimo. Perfect location if you want some peace and tranquility but also easy access to popular destinations in the area!

Port Renfrew is a wonderfully beautiful remote location that's definitely worth exploring. After being out on the beaches and hiking trails all day, Tim's cabin was the perfect place to come back to and relax. It's the cutest cabin with everything you need to make yourself comfortable. I appreciated how clean the cabin was on arrival. And Tim is indeed a Superhost! He's extremely responsive and I felt very welcome. I'll definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay. Quiet, private, peaceful. Everything what we have looked for. Warren and Deb were extraordinarily friendly hosts and had very helpful advices for the surroundings.
