Beach house holiday rentals in North End Beaches

Amazing experience. This was the very best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Felt at home. Absolutely above and beyond my dreams Anything and everything you would need from your home, they have. I didn't need to go out and purchase 1 item. The kitchen was completely stocked with all pots, pans, and more. The kindest host. Thank you for the most amazing and 1st Grandkids vacation. Nikola was always responsive and respectful. The place was very private and cute, our neighbors were nice too. The beach was right behind the house but downtown was about a 10 minute drive. Overall we enjoyed the trip and bnb! Thank you Nikola.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were superb! Our hosts were very responsive and willing to assist at a moments notice. The refrigerator stopped working (not very old) and they sent someone within hours and made sure there was refrigeration until the refrigerator could be replaced! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. It was a wonderful experience!

Our stay was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw from the beach. The property itself was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Mary was prompt and helpful in addressing the one minor issue that came up. We highly recommend this spot for a worry-free beach getaway!

House was well kept and clean when we walked in, 2 minute walk to the beach, had more than enough room for 12 people, for the price was amazing

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Douglas was kind and the street the house is on is quiet. 7 min walk to the beach, easy to get to. Surrounding businesses (walking distance) are closed up completely. Playground and the Pier were also fenced off and closed - not in the owners control, so not blaming them. House was great, hosts were great, but if you're looking for a beach town vibe/we want to walk to where we need to be, this is not the area you are looking for.

We enjoyed our stay here, so close to the beach and a quiet location to enjoy time with family. Really liked the nearby restaurants, and it had all the amenities needed, even a water filter in the frig. The host was attentive and ensured we were taken care of.

Kelley is amazing! Booking to departure exceeded expectations. Kelley was s welcoming and communication a breeze. She has even helped with referrals in area. Goes above and beyond as a host. I recommend booking just based on my experience with Kelley. We have stayed at cottage on/off for 3 or so stays to be with family. Close to everything but feels so private. The proximity to Preserve and beach are a bonus. Love Fox Hill & Grandview! Cottage is a great place to relax and reset. The love and intention can be seen & felt in every detail. From the multiple seating or dining areas inside/outside to the tiniest details and extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, bikes. Etc. We appreciated how light and airy she made every space and all of the special touches added. One of the very few Airbnb’s we have stayed where it felt like a home. Every space is inviting and comfortable. Don’t get me started on how clean and well maintained they keep cottage. Book ASAP!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Virginia Beach home! It’s just a 5-minute walk to beach access and close to the boardwalk, yet feels peaceful and semi-private near Croatan Beach. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 9. The spacious master bedroom was a highlight, and we loved the two walkout decks—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make tasty meals inside, and the provided beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas were nice to have. The owner was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

John was very friendly and accommodating to our situation. The home was beautiful, pristine and peacefully private. 100% recommend and I will be visiting this home again

We came into town for a family wedding and brought all of our dogs. The backyard was perfect for them to run and play safely. The house was very comfortable, immaculate, and everything was considered for visitors. If we needed something, it was there. I was even able to work remotely there easily. There was a binder of helpful information. The neighborhood was safe and my husband took some of the dogs for a walk. The area was walkable to a public beach access and drivable to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores. Some were probably walkable too, but we were busy with festivities for the weekend. The three full bathrooms was a huge plus as we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Matthew was great to work with and called me immediately when I couldn’t get the code to work upon arrival. He stayed on the phone with me until we got in and offered his number if we needed anything else. Communication on booking and leading up to the stay was also great!

Very clear instructions, easy to find and enter. Inside the home was very clean and even provided instructions throughout the home. If in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Our initial impression of the neighborhood was mixed, but we quickly realized we'd made the right choice.
