50 min from NYC on LIRR to Huntington. Less than one mile from the train station and an easy walk to Huntington village in an historic, vibrant, relaxed and unique neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area with many parks and beaches and a great place to enjoy nature. It is a short walk (a half mile) to Huntington village where there are many great restaurants, bars, and shops, plus the Paramount Theater. This stylish comfortable place is clean, cozy and quiet. Sorry, no pets allowed, dander-free!

Perfect for students and professors as it is 8 mins from Molloy College and 12 mins from Adelphi University. Prime location for commuters as it is 5 mins from the LIRR and 30 mins from JFK airport. Want to sit back and take in some vitamin D? Jones beach is just 20 mins away.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

Across the street from historic Northport dock and the beautiful town park, this downtown studio is walking distance to everything. Drive or boat in to town and have a lovely convenient place to stay close to everything. Dining, shopping, the park, and the Famous Engleman theater.
