Holiday rentals with beach access in North Miami

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

This place was super cute and away from all the night life, but not so far away to get there by walking or taking a quick uber ride. The beach is literally a block away, and easy access to the beach side walk to access all beaches Miami Beach has to offer.

Jairo was a great host, this location is a friendly area located in the upper east side of Miami. Many great local restaurants nearby and even some in walking distance. If you’re looking for a place that is economical and peaceful, away from Miami Beach, I’d recommend it 100%.

We were there for a week. A friend family was staying in the next block, on 13th N, and we were able to make comparison of the apartments. We could see that the one from Karima was all appliances and furnitures updates. Spotless. Quite neighborhood, easy access to beach, and free transportation in the surroundings like Circuit (community services). We will rent next time in the area.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

This was a great location! The space was clean and overall very accommodating. Host was proactive with lots of information. I wish we had a Brita in the fridge to avoid getting gallons of water. Would definitely stay here again.

100000/100 🥰 I must say first that the home is 100% what is being described and the home is even more beautiful in person. Ms. Jessica stayed in touch and quickly answered any questions that I had for her. If you’re planning to book an Airbnb I highly recommend booking with Ms. Jessica for a lovely home. Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Had an amazing time at Neil & Michelle's. The house and backyard are so nice, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Neisha was proactive reaching out before our arrival and checked in throughout. We were visiting for a 3-day event at the Hard Rock and walking a lot to and from. All the folks in the neighborhood were super friendly and Neisha’s place was a great crash pad - clean, cozy, and comfortable. She’s done a really good job of providing a lot in a small place without it feeling cluttered. We’d definitely stay again.

For our annual mother and daughter vacation my daughter picked out Cristina’s home because she loved the house, decor and layout and mostly the yard. The house is better than described. The little small touches added to the house make it even better the house has all you need for a great relaxing vacation. I thought I would hate driving to the beach but I didn’t it is so close and easier to carry your stuff. I ended up looking forward to the drive. Everything you need is close by and we really felt at home. Cristina is a great host, she does all she can to accommodate you and is so quick to respond and ease your mind with any question or concerns you may have. My daughter said “if I ever come back here, I am only renting from Cristina”. Thank you Cristina for the house with the great memories.

We had a great stay!! The place is very nice, clean, well kept and super close to lots of great things to do! The hosts were responsive and super kind as well, couldn’t recommend enough!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a surgical procedure. Adriana’s place was clean, uncluttered, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adriana was welcoming and offered help if needed. We were a little late checking out, and she was very kind about it. It was a great experience and the perfect place for my recovery.

The apartment is exactly what I was looking for, the view is impressive and will be remembered for a long time, I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and friends. The complex is well-maintained, good location, 35-40 minutes to Downtown, 5 minutes to the ocean. I was happy to rent this apartment again. The only disadvantage is that I wanted the apartment to be cleaner!

The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

I loved this place - probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Looks exactly as described and very clean. The views are can’t beat - ocean, bay, city! The pools were lovely and easy access to beautiful beach. Calm and relaxing, a different vibe from south beach, but close enough to venture there as you please. Can’t wait to return!

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! A must-book. We truly enjoyed the stunning views. The unit was clean and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend this property! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back :)

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

Great unit, worth the price. No issues and clear and quick messages.
