Very comfortable and clean studio apartment - great for one person. Easy check in with clear instructions. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

Carrie's Casita was perfect for the two of us. A private little courtyard with lemon and orange trees and the scent of jasmine was very welcoming! The studio-style space was very comfortable and well-appointed. We took advantage of the outdoor seating for downtime after busy mornings of sightseeing. The walkable neighborhood has many architecturally interesting, historic homes with amazing front gardens filled with succulents and cacti of all shapes and sizes. The location is great for accessing great restaurants and boutiques. We would love to visit again!

The cottage is a great little place. Easy in and out, plenty of street parking available nearby and very walkable neighborhood. I stayed for a month and did not have any issues and Meredith and Tyler were always available to assist in any way. The space had plenty of privacy and storage space for any supplies and luggage I had. The interior was clean when i arrived. I didn't use the exterior space that much due to my stay being during one of the chillier months though the temperature control always kept the place comfortable.

Great location near downtown and Balboa Park. The space was very large for San Diego even though it’s technically a studio. Parking was a little annoying sharing a driveway or choosing 2 hour parking but I never had any issues finding a spot fyi
