Monthly Rentals in North Parramatta

it's a great value, and Bruce is very hospitable person. the location is close to Woolworths, couple eating locations and not far from a Bus stop. the location is quite neighbourhood.

Nice and secure, very close to public transport and the hosts were very responsive. We will definitely consider this place again.

Nyree is generous, polite and very easy to communicate with. the place is just a generous and nice! by far one of the best air bnbs I've ever stayed. would most certainly return for another visit.

I stayed at Sara's place for 2 nights before flying out to Paris and it was the perfect location! The room was bigger than expected, very clean and smelled amazing. The bed was huge, comfortable and had high quality bedding. I've stayed in several hotels in Parramatta, but this place had the best location right on the road of Parramatta westfield and train station and was so much better than any other hotel i stayed at especially given the price! Sara is also a very sweet and helpful host and I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Sydney. Thank you!!!
