Monthly Rentals in North Perth

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

My family had a wonderful week long stay. The property is beautifully decorated and situated opposite a lovely park. It is within easy walking distance to the cafes and restaurants on Angove Street or a very short drive to Beaufort Street, so there are many different dining options. Also, for groceries there is a nearby Coles and Bakers Delight. We had a rental car and parking at the property was super easy. Tanya (the host) was fantastic. Tanya messaged during our stay to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. She was quick to response to our queries and the fruit, chocolates and milk on our arrival was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and hope it’s available when we look to plan our next trip for later in the year.

The property was exactly as described. The host was so quick to respond and so accommodating. It is a beautiful, private and so close to everything. We would definitely love to stay again.
