The suite is the first level of our home, 9 ft ceilings, grade entry with off street parking, private keyless entrance at the rear. There is a small yard, which is fenced/gated. The suite is comfortably furnished to provide everything you would need for a vacation stay. Located near the airport/ferry.

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.
