It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout train station is just across the street, and you can rent bikes in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It is a 5-minute train ride to Haarlem and a 23-minute train ride to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.
