Great host, great house with a bunch of fun things to do walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be booking again!

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

The house and gardens are beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with grill and pool, as well as the outdoor seating at a table with gas heating on it. Inside is wonderful, as well. Well equipped kitchen. Nicholas was very responsive and addressed our needs quickly.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

This place was divine. We came for a week with our two kids (4&6) and had the easiest most laid back time. We kayaked, walked to the beach, the kids played constantly around the house as it’s right on the water but the yard is fenced off. It was so good you guys 10/10 would book again. And Jeff was the best host. So quick to respond, provide options etc. He rocks.

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Ellen’s place was great for the 4 of us! We loved the quiet residential location which was a short drive to good restaurants. We spent a lot of time lounging on the back patio which had comfortable patio furniture. We drove to beaches, and found that a couple further away met our needs better than the local Yacht Club. The beach gear that was provided at the guest house was really helpful. Ellen was a top communicator & provided more snacks and drinks than I’ve ever seen at an AirBNB. I recommend Ellen’s place!

cozy , quiet, and far enough from nyc youll feel youre in the countryside. fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of tea. will be back for sure. accommodates 2

The house was perfect for a weekend in Hampton Bays! Michael was very responsive and accommodating and the house had everything we needed. Beautiful little house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, reasonably convenient location in a residential neighborhood a couple of miles from the center of Southold. We had a nice stay, and would return again. Hosts very responsive to questions and a request. The nearby walkable (one mile) bay beach is nice for children (pricey permit required for parking, as at other nearby beaches except for the $8 state park). Fenced in yard for the dog. Plenty of off street parking at the door. Shady front yard, sunny private back yard. Recommended!

We had the best weekend! The place was safe, clean and easy to find and close to all the local shops. There was no hose to clean off the outside chairs so that we could lounge and the Pool did need some cleaning (the scooper there was broken) but we did what we could! Minor details honestly. All in all I give 5 starts because the host was fantastic and the home was beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future!!!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

We had a fantastic stay at the Floating Barn! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated. Everything we needed was provided, including a fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet yet close enough to everything. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool and guidebook recommendations, including Country View Farmstand (amazing pies)! Andrew and Elizabeth are incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

Madelaine’s cottage was the perfect location for our weekend in Water Mill! The house was cozy with a spacious and private backyard. The location is centrally located, and we were even able to walk to and from breakfast and the farmers market. I would recommend the cottage and would absolutely stay again!
