Monthly Rentals in North Springfield

The house was as expected—clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet street. It was conveniently close to plenty of shopping and dining options, which made everything super easy. The host was very responsive and kind enough to reach out and coordinate the return of an item one of us accidentally left behind. Good experience overall!

Samaris’s place was a perfect place to stay for my recent trip. It had everything that I needed, it was quiet and well maintained. Samaris was responsive to the questions I had and was always kind. I definitely recommend if you are ever in the DMV area!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve rented. Stayed at the property about 45 days and appreciated every moment. Not only was the apartment space clean with an amazing fragrance, but it was pretty quiet especially being a basement apartment. I worked overnights during my stay and was able to sleep during the day with no issues. The Springfield metro train is a 13 min uber ride (approximately $15.00) which takes you into DC if you don’t have transportation. The Springfield mall is also like 15 mins away and there’s nice restaurant, Mike Andersons, about 10 mins away. Luis and his wife were extremely nice and welcoming….like family. The neighbors were really nice as well. Highly recommended!
