Holiday rentals with lake access in North Warwickshire District

What an absolutely beautiful house, I could have stayed forever! The house is in such a peaceful area, there was plenty of parking space and it had great public transport connections. The beds are so comfortable it is unreal. I can't recommend this lovely house enough, if it is available when we visit again next year I will surely be booking to stay here.

Booked last minute as accommodation let me down very abruptly. Perfect home, had everything you needed. Smelt amazing, squeaky clean and well decorated. Good size drive for 2 cars and close to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful modern clean double bedrooms, some with dressing area and en-suite bathrooms. Nice large kitchen/diner with everything you need for guest's getogether and private garden area to relax.

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

Stayed here for 6 weeks as I was working in the area . Everything I needed was in walkable distance (pub,take aways,supermarket and town center ). The house was clean and tidy beds where comfortable had every thing we needed.

I stayed at Jasmine Villa during my poker trip to Dusk Till Dawn Casino, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered the perfect mix of peace and convenience, which was ideal after long hours at the poker tables. The location was excellent—just a short drive to the casino and other local spots. Everything I needed was available, from kitchen essentials to fast, reliable Wi-Fi. A special mention goes to Mark, the host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It’s clear he really cares about providing a great experience for his guests. If you’re heading to Nottingham—whether for poker, business, or just a getaway—I highly recommend Jasmine Villa. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We spent a night in birmingam visiting symphony hall. The apartment was the perfect location, right in the centre next to the canal, lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and quiet and on the ground floor with the added benefit of free parking. We would definitely stay again when in Birmingham

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Such a Lovely Stay! We had a great weekend here! The place was really cosy and in a perfect spot. The hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was smooth, and check-out was really flexible, which made things so much easier. We especially loved sitting by the pond with the friendly ducks — such a peaceful little moment. Would definitely come back again

The Stable was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor seating in the sunshine overlooking the horses exercise yard. The Stable was very comfortable and had all the things we needed for a 3 night stay. Rita was very friendly and approachable. There is a Tesco a few minutes drive away as well as a small Co op. The Oxford Canal is close by, There are 2 National Trust properties within about half an hours drive as well as the towns of Stratford on Avon and Leamington Spa.

Lovely, peaceful place on the water with plenty of geese and ducks to keep you company. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to nearby walking trails. A nice little shop for immediate needs like beer, wine, crisps, and bubble wrap for packing. We'll be back!

Had a fantastic weekend here and would thoroughly recommend. the cottage was beautifully appointed and the log fire made it super welcoming and relaxing. Emma has thought of everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here it was everything I’d hoped for and more… I had time to reconnect with nature and my family and disconnect from my phone. Jane and her family were very accommodating and friendly throughout. Felt completely relaxed throughout and right at home. Highly recommend C Brumpton butchers for cakes, pies, preserves and all round good fare. And Naturscape Wildflower Farm and Tea Rooms - handy stop for a cheerful lunch on the trip home. Will be back!

Wood Cottage is absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped and perfectly maintained. The setting is extraordinary with beautiful gardens with plenty of privacy and peace. Thanks to Samantha and Andy’s instructions it’s also easy to find, whereas the post code is a little more difficult. Their communication was proactive and timely, but not at all intrusive. The sauna, plunge pool and hot tub are a real treat, although the hot tub is a little temperamental in that we struggled to get some of the jets to work. However, given that is the only room for improvement we could identify on the accommodation, it’s clear that a stay at Wood Cottage comes highly recommended and we hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was beautifully maintained, clean and had lovely plants and flowers in the outside area with a well equipped kitchen. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area for our evening meal and breakfast. Whilst there was some noise from the nearby road, it did not take away from our enjoyment of the place. It is located a few minutes from the Coombe Abbey Country park and Kristi our host was helpful and welcoming. We’d definitely be happy to stay again.
