Derbyshire has many walking trails - the house is a short walk to the Five Pits Trail and a short drive from Hardwick Hall, The Crooked Spire, Matlock, Chatsworth House and the Derbyshire Dales. After a busy day, come home to a relaxing bath in our clawfoot tub and then enjoy a cosy meal in front of the log burner. Celebration packages can be arranged on request for Birthdays, Anniversaries or special occasions 🥳🥂🎂 Dogs are welcome too ❤️

Windy Ridge. small bungalow with beautiful views

Cosy bungalow with beautiful views. Just a short walk to the Five Pits Trail, a lovely trail, linking villages in the area. Hardwick Hall is a 10 minutes drive away, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bolsover Castle a little bit further but within an easy reach. The town of Chesterfield and it's crooked spire, Matlock and Bakewell are within an easy distance. Just a little bit further afield is the very scenic Peak District. One double bedroom and a small double bed settee in the living area.

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too.
